Overview

The Lead Web Experience Specialist manages digital content and functionality across all Copeland websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

In Short

Manage digital content across Copeland websites.
Assist in creating and updating website pages.
Support website governance and internal search improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams for website functionality.
Apply knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
Coordinate with teams for CRM and API integrations.
Run website performance tests and report findings.
Implement approved scripts for digital marketing initiatives.
Maintain prototypes or mockups as needed.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies or Information Systems.
2-3 years of experience in website maintenance.
Experience with CMS, specifically Optimizely and WordPress.
Hands-on experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience in web service integration (JSON, API).
Familiarity with debugging tools (Chrome Inspector).
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
SEO experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop).
Ability to work in a global environment.
