Overview

AECOM is seeking a Senior UXO Supervisor to oversee munitions response activities in Guam, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

In Short

• Lead and supervise on-site munitions response activities.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and DDESB-approved site plans.
• Review and approve UXO team reports.
• Make final safety status determinations of discovered MEC.
• Complete daily site reports.
• Must have relevant certifications and training.
• Requires a high school diploma and 4 years of experience.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and fitness exams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

• High school diploma + 4 years of experience.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
• 8-hour OSHA Supervisor training.
• Experience in munitions response and MEC-related activities.
• Graduate of military EOD or accredited UXO technician training course.
• 2 years minimum MEC-related experience for military EOD school graduates.
• 10 years minimum MEC-related experience for accredited UXO school graduates.
• Understanding of explosives safety criteria.
• 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety training.
• Must demonstrate understanding of QC and QA practices.
