Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team and leading their tasks in a logistics company that connects and simplifies global trade.

In Short

• Oversee loading and unloading of materials using various equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify discrepancies in receiving loads against manifest.
• Manage and report on warehouse agent performance.
• Utilize manifest to pull routes and stage freight.
• Ensure compliance with TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Train and assist Warehouse Agents in their tasks.

• Perform data entry and maintain records.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years prior warehouse leadership experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Experience with RF scan guns.
• Basic MS Office and data entry skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Fluency in English required.
