In Short

• Lead strategy, growth, and profitability for the LCL product in the DACH Area.
• Own the full P&L for LCL across DACH, focusing on Germany.
• Develop long-term strategies to strengthen market leadership.
• Guide and empower Sales teams with product expertise.
• Meet customers alongside Sales to articulate product value.
• Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Present to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Proven experience in freight forwarding, ideally with LCL exposure.
• Strong financial skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Drive to deliver long-term success with a strategic mindset.

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, ideally with LCL exposure.
• Strong financial skills – confident with P&L, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Assertiveness and the ability to hold others accountable in a complex organisation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Strategic mindset with the drive to deliver long-term success.
