Overview

Newfront is building the modern insurance experience, focusing on client needs and empowering people for significant moments. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for company-wide recruitment efforts.

In Short

  • Implement full lifecycle recruiting processes and strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess hiring needs.
  • Create job-specific recruiting plans and interview questions.
  • Attract applicants through job postings and advertisements.
  • Manage interview processes and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Source passive candidates using online tools and networking.
  • Maintain and expand our Talent Brand through initiatives.
  • Manage job and candidate activity using ATS.
  • Participate in educational opportunities to maintain expertise.
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of Recruiting experience with 1+ years in full lifecycle Recruiting.
  • 5+ years of experience with advanced research and sourcing skills preferred.
  • Advanced Boolean search techniques experience.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Ashby or Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches.
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience in-house and at third parties preferred.
