• Join the Onboarding and Marketplace team responsible for building core systems in insurance marketing.
• Design and scale systems for efficient marketing, quoting, and binding of insurance.
• Work on core insurance data platform and admin ecosystem.
• Implement AI/ML applications to automate operations.
• Collaborate with design, product, and data science teams.
• Drive improvements on web and backend systems.
• Participate in major initiatives across multiple domains.

Requirements

• BS, MS or PhD in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of software engineering and web application development experience.
• Experience in designing and building large systems.
• Strong programming skills in backend languages.
• Proficiency with RDBMS like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with web development best practices.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for mentorship and team collaboration.
• Ability to solve problems pragmatically.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
