Overview

The Senior Account Manager at Newfront will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and driving the modernization of the insurance experience.

In Short

  • Independently manage client relationships and accounts.
  • Conduct strategy renewal meetings with clients.
  • Develop and implement competitive insurance programs.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact for day-to-day service.
  • Manage onboarding and marketing processes for new clients.
  • Prepare and review client communications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and files.
  • Provide training and oversight to Account Coordinators.
  • Adapt to client needs and manage priorities effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of brokerage experience.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to forge relationships and build trust.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license (or to be obtained within 3 months).
