Software Engineer - Platform Engineering - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer - Platform Engineering to help our engineering teams build scalable, extensible, reliable, and performant systems.

In Short

• Optimize Kubernetes clusters and manage GCP infrastructure.
• Improve DevOps and SRE practices.
• Work with Python and Golang on backend and JavaScript on frontend.
• Manage hundreds of servers with Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Design and support automation tools for developers.
• Maintain security practices for systems and applications.
• Collaborate on large projects with complex dependencies.
• Advocate for technical strategy within Platform Engineering.
• Engage in incident management and support.
• Promote Bluecore Engineering in the community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at scale.
• Experience with API Gateways and network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of metric and alerting tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve engineering issues.
• Experience developing technical roadmaps.
• Mentorship experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
