Overview

As a Product Support Engineer (PSE) at Bluecore, you will help customers optimize their use of our platform by resolving technical issues, setting up campaigns, and ensuring they get the most value from the tools and features we offer.

In Short

  • Provide expert technical support for clients using Bluecore and other tools.
  • Assist in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting email/SMS campaigns.
  • Quickly identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring clear communication with clients.

  • Develop technical skills through hands-on experience with our tools.
  • Work in a 24x7 shift culture to support client issues.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in product support or technical support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Bluecore, BigQuery, and Datadog.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Open to 24x7 shift work culture.
