The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) unit at Bluecore is a software engineering team focused on helping clients maximize the value from the Bluecore Retail Data Platform by implementing marketing solutions tailored to their needs.

In Short

Write JavaScript integrations for client websites.
Configure and manage client data intake and manipulation.
Utilize internal tools to solve complex client-specific problems.
Interface with clients to enhance their use of Bluecore products.
Work closely with clients and Customer Success teams.
Monitor the health and uptime of client connections.
Develop and improve internal tooling and processes.
Advise clients on best practices based on metrics.
Engage in client-facing technical discussions.
Foster a collaborative and fun work environment.

Requirements

2-7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering.
Completion of a coding bootcamp or similar programming knowledge.
Experience in a client-facing role.
Fluency in JavaScript and familiarity with web development technologies.
Ability to structure ambiguous workflows.
