In Short

• Write and implement client-side JavaScript integrations on customer websites, ensuring functionality and accuracy.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain client data flows across multiple channels such as websites, SFTP, and cloud environments.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, supporting them before and after launch to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to design and implement custom technical solutions that optimize platform value.
• Develop creative approaches to solve complex client-specific problems, ensuring scalable and maintainable outcomes.
• Monitor system health and proactively address technical challenges to maintain reliability and performance.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve internal tools, processes, and product offerings.
