Overview

Stedi is building the world’s only API-first clearinghouse and is looking for a Recruiter to join our team and run full-cycle searches across both business and technical hiring.

In Short

• Collaborate with leadership to scope roles and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies.
• Maintain high standards for talent and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and business positions.
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Embrace data-driven decision-making to improve hiring practices.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of a startup.
• Provide constructive feedback on hiring needs and candidate fit.
• Experience with ATS systems, such as Ashby, is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience, with 2 years in technical recruiting.
• Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Resourceful and able to operate with autonomy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in role scoping and candidate assessment.
