Senior Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are building a new healthcare clearinghouse and looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to manage customer contracting and vendor agreements while ensuring compliance and improving processes.

In Short

• Own customer contracting from redline to signature.
• Negotiate BAAs for customer, payer, and vendor deals.
• Drive trading partner agreements and vendor agreements to close.
• Improve and automate legal templates and playbooks.
• Take on new areas based on interest and business need.

Requirements

• Bar admitted with broad ownership capabilities.
• BigLaw or relevant in-house experience preferred.
• Strong writing skills to explain complex issues.
• Ability to manage high-volume work and shifting priorities.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations and creating structure.
• Business acumen to blend legal rigor with strategic persuasion.
• Resourceful and relentless in following up on tasks.
• Clear communication with various stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with precision and urgency.
