Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to support our growing team by managing full cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of technical and GTM (go-to-market) roles. This position plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer.

• Lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for sales and technical positions.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Execute effective sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews using various formats.
• Maintain organized candidate records with ATS.
• Stay current with recruiting best practices and laws.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and job functions.
• Experience with Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to recruit at speed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team-oriented with collaboration skills.
