In Short

• Full-cycle Recruiter role to drive 2+ hires per month across multiple teams.
• Own 4–8 active searches at a time.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and streamline recruiting processes.
• Enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes including interviews and offers.
• Build and maintain a warm candidate pipeline.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced company.
• Ability to juggle 6–8 open roles at a time.
• Proven ability to hire for IC and mid-to-senior level roles.
• High attention to detail and discernment in candidate evaluation.
• Sales-minded, persuasive, competitive, and results-driven.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
