IT Administrator / System Integration Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an IT Administrator / System Integration Specialist, you will ensure that our IT environment functions smoothly, allowing the team to work optimally at all times. You will be the first point of contact for technical questions, managing hardware and software, setting up systems, and ensuring a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

In Short

• Manage user accounts, SSO, MFA, and access rights in Google Workspace and other cloud tools.
• Set up, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations and servers.
• Support networks, printers, VPN access, and basic network infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor security measures, patch management, and backups.
• Handle tickets and resolve technical problems in 1st and 2nd level support.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT administration, especially with Windows and macOS systems.
• Basic knowledge of networks (LAN/WLAN, VPN, firewalls) and IT security.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or similar office cloud solutions.
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work style.
• Enjoy explaining technical topics understandably and supporting colleagues.
