IT Systems Integration Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are a young company that supports small and medium-sized enterprises in reducing their IT risks and optimizing their workflows. We also maintain and manage our clients' server and client landscapes.

In Short

• Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems both remotely and on-site.
• Perform updates and security patches to keep systems secure and up to date.
• Quickly and efficiently resolve disruptions and issues in IT operations.
• Assist our customers in implementing new IT solutions.
• Provide competent customer support for IT inquiries.

Requirements

• Fluent in German.
• At least one year of experience as an IT administrator, IT service technician, IT helpdesk employee, or similar role.
• A positive “can-do” attitude and persistence in finding and solving problems.
• Good communication skills and willingness to engage with customers.
• Reliability and trustworthiness, especially regarding data protection.
• Knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Hyper-V, networking, firewalls, and backup solutions is advantageous.
