Overview

Wasserman is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join their People team, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes across various business areas, particularly in Music Talent and Corporate functions.

• Full cycle recruitment for junior-mid level roles.
• Focus on Music Talent and Corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers for role briefing and interview processes.
• Strategic sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ensure a first-class candidate experience.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines.
• Maintain ATS (Workday) data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the wider People team on onboarding and recruitment strategy.
• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience required.
• Creative sourcing skills for diverse talent.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in hiring for marketing or talent representation roles preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.
• Outstanding sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with an ATS, ideally Workday.
• Collaborative and inclusive team player.
