Associate Manager, Hospitality - Remote

Overview

Wasserman operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. The Associate Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing events, hospitality programs, and brand experiences within the motorsport sector.

In Short

• Support planning and delivery of motorsport hospitality events.
• Manage relationships with clients, rightsholders, and suppliers.
• Ensure best-in-class guest experiences aligned with client objectives.
• Handle event logistics including guest management and on-site operations.
• Maintain event documentation and planning materials.
• Assist with financial administration including budgets and invoicing.
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations and reports.
• Identify relevant motorsport and partner news for client storytelling.
• Support junior team members and manage project meetings.
• Be flexible and willing to take on new challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Motorsport (F1) experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong operations and logistical management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to think creatively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel for partner programs as required.
