Requirements

• Experience in renewable energy, agriculture, or similar fields is preferred.
• A genuine passion for agriculture and understanding of farmers' concerns.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and negotiate.
• Self-initiative, goal orientation, and flexibility are key strengths.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
• Basic technical understanding of photovoltaics and energy solutions.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
