People Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Clarium is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented People Operations Manager to elevate our employee experience and ensure flawless, empathetic execution across the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with a founder's mentality, and is equally excited about shaping high-level people strategy and ensuring operational excellence. This role balances hands-on execution with strategic coordination across Marketing, Finance, Leadership, and beyond.

In Short

• Own end‑to‑end new hire experience, creating welcome kits and orientation routines.
• Administer and enhance performance review cycle.
• Partner with Finance for payroll and benefits administration.
• Facilitate equity grant processes and educate employees.
• Oversee employee insurance benefits and manage enrollments.
• Design and analyze engagement surveys and feedback loops.
• Plan and execute biannual all-hands or team on-site events.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and People Leaders.
• Maintain HR policies and documentation for compliance.
• Promote process improvements using HRIS tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of HR / People Operations experience.
• Strong operational focus and attention to detail.
• Proficient in HR systems (HRIS, performance systems).
• Excellent collaboration and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration and event planning is a plus.
