Requirements

  • 10+ years of Customer Service experience.

  • Experience with enterprise software integration.
  • Success in driving product onboarding and adoption.
  • Track record of managing diverse customer bases.
  • Leadership experience in a scaling SaaS business.
  • Expertise in change management and customer outcomes.
  • Passion for technology and customer value delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
