The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients achieve long-term success and measurable value from our platform, guiding them through their product adoption journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years in client success or account management in healthcare or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, especially PACE and Medicare Advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze usage data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience with CRM and client success tools.
• Passion for improving healthcare through technology and data.
