• Experience in running Google Ads or detailed reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with media buyers and designers.
• Strategic and detail-oriented mindset with time management skills.
• Extroverted, thrives on calls with clients.
• Confident leading client calls via video.
• Customer-first problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Google Suite.
• Crisis management and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management or client services.
