Lead Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

IntusCare is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. IntusCare empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data.

In Short

• Provide analytical support to client delivery, utilization management and population health teams.
• Build customer-facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing.
• Develop reusable semantic models, metrics, and user-defined functions.
• Maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track population health KPIs.
• Implement analytical development and release processes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering for testing and data quality monitoring.
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence.
• 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation.
• High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
