Overview

The Lead Analytics Engineer will be the technical anchor of the Platform Data Spoke, shaping and delivering high-quality data products that are trusted, reusable, and cost-efficient.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses.
• Hands-on with dbt, Airflow, Databricks, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices.
• Experience in data quality and monitoring.
• Collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Comfortable in a global, distributed team setup.
