Lead Analytics Engineer - Remote

We are a team of data engineers, web developers, data scientists, and product folks who help guide our clients through the entire life-cycle of their data analytics journey. In Short

• Work as a critical participant in clients' BigQuery and Looker analytics journey.
• Focus on education and development in data analytics.
• Guide clients on LookML modeling best practices.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and interactive sessions.
• Design, implement, and maintain data models in Looker.
• Build ETL pipelines and actionable dashboards.
• Manage multiple clients and act as a primary data partner.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Required to accommodate meetings in the Eastern Time Zone.
• React experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• 5+ years of data analytics or data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and LookML skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools in GCP.
• Ability to manage multiple clients.
• Strong translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Flexibility and openness to learning.
• Independence and proactivity are essential.
