Medical Contract Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Medical Contract Analyst will review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while maintaining accurate data in the Contracts and Proposal System (CAPS).

• Review and audit contracts and related data.
• Coordinate with teams for accurate contract submissions.
• Conduct compliance reviews and manage contract expirations.
• Maintain the Letter of Participation (LOP) database.
• Create speaker agreements for medical education events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracting and Pricing.
• 2+ years in HCP contracting and event management.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with HCPs/KOLs/Faculty.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
