Overview

The Contract Analyst supports the commercial analysis and organization of contracts at Ulteig, managing workflows and collaborating with key stakeholders.

In Short

• Draft contracts and legal documents from templates.
• Make recommendations to improve contract templates.
• Analyze terms and conditions of contracts.
• Manage incoming requests for contract review.
• Interpret delegation of authority for contract processes.
• Facilitate contract development processes.
• Assist in projects related to master agreements.
• Build contract education for the company.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Ensure accuracy of firm information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of independent contract drafting experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and critical thinking.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
