ServiceNow Support Administrator - Remote

Overview

The ServiceNow Support Administrator owns the day-to-day health, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, acting as both technical steward and partner guiding future development.

In Short

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Work eight hours daily, from either 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. until around midnight.
• Own platform configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• Log and manage ServiceNow support cases.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for ServiceNow applications.
• Curate a backlog of enhancement ideas.
• Enforce coding standards and establish peer-review workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external service providers.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules.
• Support and enhance a wide range of ServiceNow modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules.
• Strong grasp of ITIL best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent in Polish and English; Spanish is a bonus.
