ServiceNow Administrator - Remote

Overview

Are you looking to take the next steps in your career as a ServiceNow (SNOW) Administrator? In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

• Perform daily administration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and usage.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Configure forms, fields, lists, workflows, and business rules.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Collaborate with process owners to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain clear and updated documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Participate in Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
• Support the implementation of new features or modules based on business needs.
• Enforce data governance and quality standards across the platform.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow ITSM module.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules like CMDB or HRSD preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
