Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator with 1-2 years of IT Customer Service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication and documentation skills as well as experience working with ServiceNow ticketing processes.

In Short

  • Manage and support the ServiceNow platform, including customizations of applications and modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical support and documentation to end-users.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for system performance insights.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of configurations and processes.
  • 1-2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a client support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow modules like Incident Management and Service Catalog.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • 1-2 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules is a plus.
