Overview

The Senior ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations, ensuring data integrity, and implementing new configurations and integrations.

• 5+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow operations.
• Knowledge in developing automated test frameworks.
• Proficient in managing product releases and sprints.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations with cloud services.
• US Citizenship is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Mainline CSA certification.
• Citizen Developer Application Creator Micro-certification recommended.
• Welcome to ServiceNow Micro-Certification recommended.
