• Support the Global Solutions Management – Operations II contract at DISA.
• Responsible for configuring and customizing Jira.
• User and permission management.
• Performance monitoring and maintenance of Jira.
• Integration with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Provide training and support for users.
• Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of experience or Master’s with 6-10 years.
• Experience administering Jira and familiarity with its upgrades.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with virtual teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL foundation is preferred.
• Experience with Jira add-ons and ServiceNow applications is a plus.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
