Overview

BigCommerce is looking for a driven Senior Zuora Administrator to join our Business Applications team, responsible for the strategy, planning, deployment, and operational management of the Zuora application, supporting billing and revenue processes.

In Short

• Operate as the primary architectural lead on the Zuora billing and revenue systems
• Manage Zuora system and integrations with other systems
• Create and manage product catalog and revenue recognition rules
• Ensure SOX compliance for Zuora
• Develop and maintain strong security practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 - 5 years of experience with Zuora
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
