Overview

The Marketplace Product Data Analyst will be responsible for importing, analyzing, and optimizing product data for syndication to various Marketplace channels, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivering high-quality service.

• Import and optimize product data for marketplaces.
• Analyze and build data feeds to meet listing requirements.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding team to resolve feed-related issues.
• Utilize API, FTP, URL, or XML for data imports and exports.
• Document work and update project requests.
• Prioritize tasks and manage ticketing system queue.
• Ensure timely completion of client requests.
• Work with various data formats like XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Meet deadlines in collaboration with Marketplace Enterprise Onboarding Managers.
• Follow best practices for product feed management.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in product data or feed management.
• Hands-on experience with leading US marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HTML or SQL is a plus.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
