As a Product Data Analyst at Deel, you will collaborate with various teams to derive actionable insights from data, impacting product strategy and performance.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Dev teams.
Monitor product performance and define success metrics.
Analyze market data and customer behavior.
Design A/B tests to enhance customer journeys.
Create self-service analytics infrastructure.
Develop user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations.

Build data models in dbt.
Mentor fellow product analysts.
Adopt new technologies based on experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
5+ years’ experience in product analytics.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker preferred).
Proficient in SQL and product analytics tools.
Experience with Data Modeling (DBT).
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Experience with Snowflake and LookML is a plus.
