Overview

K2 Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Benefits Specialist to support the administration and operations of the company’s employee benefit programs. Reporting to the Benefits Manager, this role will assist with day-to-day benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor management, and merger-related benefits integration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and dedicated to ensuring a smooth and positive benefits experience for employees.

In Short

  • Administer and support all employee benefits programs.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment and vendor coordination.
  • Support onboarding of new employees into benefits programs.
  • Partner with vendors for contract management and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
  • Support retirement plan administration.
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS.
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related questions.
  • Assist with budgeting and reporting for benefits programs.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Experience using HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
  • Strong understanding of benefits compliance and retirement plans.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborative and adaptable.
