ServiceNow Administrator - Remote

Overview

NOVIPRO is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support a large organization in managing and enhancing their ServiceNow platform within a globally distributed IT structure.

In Short

• Contract position for 12 months.
• 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid work model, requiring 2 to 3 days per week in downtown Montreal.
• Design and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain service catalog components.
• Create test plans and operational guides (runbooks).
• Manage data integration and reporting enhancements.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to CMDB, access management, IOM, and ITSM modules.
• Collaborate with remote teams, especially in Europe.
• Autonomously manage deliverables while escalating critical issues.

Requirements

• CSA certification (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
• Several years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, IOM, CMDB, and service catalog modules.
• Strong experience in Agile environments, particularly with SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to navigate incomplete documentation and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent inter-team communication skills in multicultural contexts.
