Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous individual to join our company as a Contract Manager/Analyst. This dual role supports the Managed Care Operations Team and involves negotiating key payor contracts while conducting reimbursement analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/math preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in contracting.
• Understanding of multi-Tax ID business models.
• Ability to interpret managed care contracts.
• Experience with EMR and Practice Management Systems.
• Effective project management skills.
• Critical analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
