The Contract Analyst is responsible for preparing and recording business contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing support to internal teams regarding contract-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of legal terminology and principles
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with contract management solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with JIRA is a plus
• Organized and self-motivated
• Ability to perform under pressure
