Overview

The Sales Technology & Analytics Lead is responsible for owning and optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem to support commercial effectiveness and delivering strategic insights to senior and executive leadership. This role bridges technology and strategy, delivering dashboards, high-impact reporting, and sales intelligence tools that enable data-driven decisions and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and sales analytics reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of Salesforce and related systems.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership for forecasting and pipeline reviews.
  • Maintain and enhance sales process documentation and onboarding materials.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes.
  • Coordinate reporting on conference leads and opportunity status.
  • Provide structured support to Inside Sales and Field Sales.
  • Facilitate training for sales systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with Finance for incentive plan tracking.
  • Travel required up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Proven track record of delivering board-level reporting.
  • Project management skills with ability to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Self-starter with effective collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
