The Corporate Director of Project Controls will lead the centralized Project Controls organization for an industry-leading EPC+CQV company, building a world-class project controls program that delivers actionable insights across diverse projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project controls experience.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CCP, EVP, PSP.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or process manufacturing projects.
• Strong technology and data analytics skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of project accounting and US GAAP.
