• Position: Director of Corporate Counsel
• Remote position within the USA (Central or Eastern Standard Time preferred)
• Focus on healthcare legal matters, including contract support and legal compliance
• Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research
• Manage outside counsel engagements as needed
• Monitor legal developments affecting the business
• Review marketing and promotional materials for compliance
• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare law required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare law
• Experience in contracting and transactions for healthcare clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
