Project Scheduler IV - Remote

Overview

The Project Scheduler prepares and maintains summary-level and detailed CPM schedules for design, construction, procurement, commissioning and integrated Design-Build and EPCM projects using Primavera P6 Software. This role involves developing KPIs and providing progress updates and reports as required for each project, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and contractual requirements.

• Develop CPM schedules for various project types, including complex Design-Build and EPCM projects.
• Facilitate planning sessions and Last Planner System activities.
• Work with teams to develop WBS and identify key milestones.
• Perform quality checks and analysis of vendor schedules.
• Create customized schedule reports.
• Update schedules and report variances.
• Conduct critical path and schedule slip analyses.
• Report project schedule health to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling practices.
• Mentor junior scheduling staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or a similar field.
• 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in scheduling.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
• Ability to develop schedules independently.
• Experience with $100M+ capital projects.
• Experience leading planning sessions.
• Strong communication skills.
• OSHA 10-hour certification.
