Overview

The Scheduler at Twin Health will coordinate member appointments via video conferencing with the care team, supporting members through their journey in reversing chronic metabolic diseases.

In Short

• Coordinate/schedule member meetings with the care team.
• Manage member meeting timelines in a centralized database.
• Utilize Google Calendars and Twin’s EMR for scheduling.
• Partner with practice management operations to optimize scheduling processes.
• Track scheduling efforts and meet activity-based metrics.
• Handle high volume inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Work in a goal-driven environment.
• Support scheduling issues with leadership.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service and scheduling.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience working remotely.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate Google spreadsheets.
