Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to manage and optimize our payroll and employee benefits processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, and that our benefits programs are administered smoothly and compliantly.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 350+ employees.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
  • Administer a full range of employee benefits programs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and file payroll tax returns and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance for payroll processes and audits.
  • Oversee day-to-day 401(k) administration.
  • Support annual open enrollment processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience with payroll software (Rippling or UKG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and analytical with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
