In Short

• Provide compassionate, caring support via phone, video, SMS, or chat.
• Obtain histories and provide recommendations based on company protocols.
• Act as a liaison between pet parents and Petfolk team members.
• Ensure appropriate medical record management and documentation.
• Complete medical administrative duties when not in communication.
• 5+ years as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
• Experience with triage/remote work preferred.
• Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred but not required.
• Overnight shifts required (1am-11am).

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant, ER and GP experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
• Experience with triage/remote work preferred.
• Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred but not required.
• Must live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, KS, or TX.
• Overnight shifts required for this role (1am-11am).
