Overview

The Retail Customer Care Phone Support Operator is the front-line representative, providing exceptional service to customers and store team members by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails.

In Short

  • Provide best-in-class service to customers and store team members.
  • Locate proof of purchase and assist with return/exchange refusals.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain and update customer information in a case management system.
  • Provide first-level website technical support.
  • Meet or exceed company targets for calls/chats handled.
  • Partner with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Complete training courses by the company set due date.
  • Must live within the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Available to work any shift between Monday-Friday and holidays.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
