At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We are seeking a Member of Payroll & Benefits to join our team, playing a key role in processing global payroll and administering our global benefits offerings.

In Short

• Process global payroll and manage benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams.
• Address employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
• Prepare and distribute payroll & benefits reporting.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements in payroll and benefits.

• Stay updated on payroll and benefits regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in US & Portugal payroll processing.
• Experience with US benefits administration.
• Proficiency with Dayforce.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working remote or with distributed teams is a plus.
